YOGAPALOOZA is a celebration of the International Day of Yoga as named by the United Nations in 2014, “The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga”

The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Mystic Yoga Shala for its second annual YogaPalooza held on the campus of UCONN Avery Point in Groton, CT on June 21, 2023.

Besides enjoying the magnificent sweeping views of Long Island Sound, fresh air, green grass and good friends, we have created three outdoor yoga studios where local teachers will lead you through a 50-minute yoga class. There are a total of 15 yoga class offerings including kids and teen yoga classes, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Beginners.
